set forth by Shelco standard procurement procedures and policies.
Vendors and Subcontractors
As a major element of the success of projects, Shelco's Procurement carefully qualifies
and selects its partners for the design and manufacture of equipment and material
or performing Construction services.

Shelco provides commissioning and startup services during various phases of the project as follows:
During the proposal phase or FEED phase of a project:
- Prepare technical write-ups
- Develop organization charts for the Commissioning and start-up activities in the field
- Develop cost estimates for Commissioning and Start-up scope of work both for the Home Office and for the field
- Interface with Engineering in the basic design
- Assimilate input from Lead Commissioning and Start-up Services people
- Develop pre-commissioning and start up schedule
During the EPC phase of the project:
- Participate in the Design Review
- Review the design for operability, maintainability, and safety
- Develop operating philosophies
- Develop operating manuals
- Develop field execution plan and client training plan
- Develop cost estimates for Commissioning and Start-up scope of work
- Develop pre-commissioning and start up procedures
- Direct pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance testing in the field
